Will I be paid for my story submission?
At Rainbow Legends, we only publish stories that are true and stories that the authors freely want to share.  At this time we do not pay for stories because we do not want people to fabricate stories for the purpose of money.  Obviously, people can still make-up a story to submit, for name recognition or other possible reasons, but the fact that we do not pay for stories makes it less likely.

If I submit my story to Rainbow Legends, can I publish my story with another publisher or submit to a magazine or other publication for printing?
Since we do not pay for stories, it only makes sense that a person (who is not being paid for their story) would maintain the right to re-use their own story in any way they choose. We only ask for permission to use the story in our publications (in all forms). This means, the authors in our books, videos, audios, and films maintain the right to sell their stories, or extend their stories into novels, or any other form they desire. However, we maintain the right to use their story in our publications.

What changes will you make to my story if Rainbow Legends decides to print my story?
The only change to any author’s work are grammatical or for clarity of thought.  However, some manuscripts may need to be shortened from their original submission. This does not change the essence of the story, but the wordiness/redundancy of the story.
